Tier2 Dependent Switch within UK- Maintenance Funds

Hello Team,

My wife is on Tier 2 General (leave to enter on BRP),I am on Tier 2 ICT long term and currently in UK planning to switch as PBS Dependant
When i apply for Visa its giving only the option for Tier 2 General -Leave to Remain about the main applicant's Visa type
"Which visa or permission to stay has <main applicant name> applied for or been granted?- Tier 2 (General) leave to remain"
Kindly suggest is it ok to select the same?

I am Tier 2 ICT long term (2 yrs) expiring this year Sept ,and my wife is on Tier2 General
for me to switch to Tier2 General PBS dependent within UK, do i need to submit Maintenance letter from my Wife's company?
Do i need to show bank balance statements(is it mine or wife's)?,if yes what minimum should i have and for how many months?

Yes you need 90 days maintenance funds in either of your accounts.

The Documents of wife that we submit,those (BRP Copy,Passport copy etc) has to be self attested by her or just a scan copy of them will do?
