I Have seen all of applicant who email to get update from nationality support and in reply if they say that your file is with caseworker it is mostly true. please let me know why you think it is generic response? your reply will be appreciated.

I sent email on Friday to ask if my case is with caseworker and by mistake i sent that email to NationalityBiometrics@homeoffice.gov.uk and than i sumbit again to nationalitysupportteamfmt@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

i received reply from nationality@biometrics that" Yes, and the case worker will make final decision on your application. and reply from nationality support team fmt that " as stated i cant add any thing further.
this reply is strange.

Its about time you learn to be patient and wait until ur case is decided by a caseworker. You have been told that your case is with a case worker. Now do you expect to be told why you havent been approved the day the file lands on their desk?

From the email i got from nationality support team on 19th July 2019, it shows that my file is with caseworker.
please give your opinion on that mail.
