How to find your own post?

I made a post in one of the 'timeline' threads a while ago. I would like to update it now, but I'm not willing to trawl through 500 pages of forums to find my post. Is there a quicker way of finding it?

After you log into this site, mouse over or click on the "Quick links" option at the top-left hand corner of the website. In the menu that appears, the first option is "My posts". Click through on that. That should list all your posts in date order.
