Accommodation evidence when owned

Hello, I am just starting process of gathering documentation for a spouse visa for my Ecuadorean wife. I own the house I live in in UK and will provide land Registry title copy. I can state number of rooms and occupants, there are more rooms than occupants. Only my family members live in the house. Do I need third-party evidence in this case , eg a property report from a surveyor, or would any other papers suffice as sufficient evidence to satisfy the official ? Thanks for comments.

Land registry, mortgage statement and council tax should be sufficient. No need of property inspection report if no none related adult is living there.
