Hi, I am in judicial review process inside UK and my wife is applying student visa outside from UK. How much the chances are that she got the visa???

Was she with you in the UK as a dependent when your Tier 2 expired in 2018??

I think her credibility as a student may be questioned. An ECO may be suspicious that the main reason she has applied for a student visa is to live with you in the UK. Your pending JR may add to this suspicion about your family in general.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.

Yes, she was with me here in UK and went back to the country before visa expired.
