Pls do asap. And withdraw the appeal and tell them you applied through EU settlement scheme.
Thank you very much for your reply i think its bit late as my hearing is in 12 hours and my solicitor has whole bundle so i will collect it tomorrow after hearing and will apply straight away does it matter if my current permit has expired can i still be eligible to go through this scheme?
Its a long night for me so very worried what happens tomorrow.

Dont worry at all. I know these words may not help and i can well understand the stress level you have at the moment.

I was telling my friend today that since the immigration system has been in place in Britian. I think this is the most applicant friendly SCHEME i have ever seen.

Mine was expired in 2016 and some of my fellow members had expired RCs ages ago.

So dont worry and after the hearing apply straight.

And if your parents are alive God be with them. Tell them to pray for you specially Mother.

Good luck for tomorrow hearing.
{ I'm not a solicitor, legal professional or immigration advisor, all of my posts are based on my online search and my own PR, ILR (LR), 2 FTT and 2 UTT refused but finally after 3 years of long battle I got my SETTLED STATUS. }

Just an update on hearing was a long hearing of 50 minutes, i personally dont think its gonna work out in my favour. I will apply settlement scheme today. My solicitor says its first case ever he saw where HO granted 5 years and nothing changed but they refused PR insisting it was issued in err.
Now ball is in judges court

Hello,

My permit was valid until March 2020 too but I've got my BRC yesterday. all I would suggest is that you call them and ask why it's taking so long to conclude on your Application.

The EU Resolution Centre staffs are very friendly and easy to communicate with.
I called them about 3 times in last 7 days,, they said, it's in process, nothing else...

I just want to know will I get settle statttus, because my marriage is over 5 year old, since June 2013.
My French wife got settle stattus on 01.07.19... I have put her application number, passport copy.
Thank you..
Thanks for update but confuse and anxious why so long..
Thanks

hi did you receive anything by now?

Approval means here that your applied status is granted. Congrats in advance.

Hi what did they say in the email ?
If the HO requires you to send them some documents, it is done in the email, and in my case, they asked me to send them my sponsor's valid ID. They directed either I post to them or scan and attach in the email when I reply
They emailed me aswell , i replied with expired ID as we are seperated and she is not cooperating.
Same here(expired ID), however, I added another ID in the form of the EEA Registration certificate(card), the blue card EU national get from the HO when their rights are confirmed. I believe with that added evidence, the settlement teams recognises the ex is indeed an EU citizen.

Those of us who falls insuch group gets their case forwarded to the senior case workers. Thats what I was told when I called the resolution centre again after submitting those documents. That my case is with a senior case worker.
Hi Mate, any response from HO.

I am really worries, dont know what to do, i couldnt provide them with my ex valid ID. They need my sponsor ID for my application

Please can anyone help ?

Thanks

@iibdii

U will see so many people what they do is what I observed they have given same time to many people. But it should not take more than an hour. The biometric process will take 10 to 15mins. Other time is the waiting time.

And they r not HO its a third party company who is doing biometric on behalf of HO.

So nothing to be afraid off, as they will never ask u about any visa related question.

Good luck

@kate2015

Tell your employer to do ECS. And your RC is linked up with your passport.

Nothing to worry at all.

I had the same issue but ECS came positive that I have the right to work now i have an interview soon. They performed ECS before the interview.
