6 years or 10 years route of discretionary leave granted after July 2012

Post by Dia2019 » Tue Jan 15, 2019 6:31 pm

Hi,
I was granted 3 years discretionary leave DL in September 2012 after refuses asylum. Then I got 3 years another extension of FLR (DL).
I have completed 6 years in total have my partner and 3 children.
My 2nd extension is going to expire next month.
My query is it Indefinite Leave ILR I need to apply or SET(O), FLR (DL) or FLR(FP)
Is it 6 years or 10 years route for me because one solicitor said if I were granted dl before 12 July 2012 then it ia ILR and if it's after that time then it is 10 years route, another solicitor said the opposite of that.
Can anyone please help me as I am very stressed.
Thanks in advance

DO NOT tag your questions on other old posts :!: :!: You have been going over the old posts and bumping them. DO NOT bump the old posts as in many cases the original poster has not visited the site for months. If you have a query start your own post in the correct sub forum
