Applying(extending) residence permit

Online application form seems to have an unresolved error of assuming everyone under category B if first option is not being selected. If she has been working from 6 months with same employer then select the first option and supply only 26 weeks/6 months of payslips and corresponding bank statements. But also clarify it in additional info section.
