HO might expect to see why her legal status in Ireland is, which she obvs doesn't have based in your previous posts.

The UK and Ireland also share immigration information so ho will be aware of her failed eu1 application and failed appeals.

Also expect scrutiny if you used a UK visitor visa to use the backdoor into Ireland and now want to return to the UK.

You are right. But I am applying for family permit and let see the outcome. I don't have any option left. If they refuse then I can appeal or go to court. In ireland I put last case two years ago no response yet. Irish immigration might give deportation order I donot know. I just like to take advice, is it possible to apply EEA family permit without GNIB card or I have to go to UK then apply residence card.
