Hi, I need legal advise on moving from USA to Europe
What are requirements If i want to move to Europe(any country where my family can stay with me) for work.
I have H1B US Visa, total 13 years of IT experience, Indian Citizen.
Procedure and requirements - minimum salary, what kind of companies can sponsor, residence and work rights for family members, etc. - will vary from country to country.
In general, you'll have to find a job with a company that is willing and able to sponsor you and you will have to apply for a work visa and your family members for dependent visas. In most countries, only spouses and children under 18 or 21 can be dependents.
