Maintenance for tier 1 entrepreneurs

How much is maintenance for main applicant and
Dependent for tier 1 entrepreneurs invester visa.

Hello Gurus,

Just going through the guidance of Tier 1 Enterprenuer Extension, it say you need to have 75 points to approve the application

20 Point for Funds Invested 50000 or 200000
20 Point for registering as a Self Employed or Director within 6 month of grant of Leave
15 points for registering Self Employed or Director Within the three months before the date of application of your extension
20 points for the job creation

Thats make total of 75 point for the attributes, It does not say any point for maintenance of 90 days of fund, neither in the whole guidelines of Tier 1 Extension it show as a requirement of maintence of Fund.

Has the rules been changed or updated in terms of Maintence funds of 90 days?

There has been NO change to the maintenance fund requirement.

Read page 36 about the mandatory Maintenance Funds for all applications except ILR.

How did you miss this in the guide ???!!

Under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), you must score:
• at least 75 points for attributes (Appendix A of the Immigration Rules);
• 10 points for English language (Appendix B of the Immigration Rules); and
• 10 points for Maintenance (funds) (Appendix C of the Immigration Rules).
