@littlemoor

Yes it fine you can send your statements for this period.

@hark1978

Statements been submitted.. for required time..

There is another way, speak to HMRC and tell them you need your 5 years of employment history. Even if you didnt work in that period they will confirm it in that time period that letter will suffice.

But if you got monthly bank statement then you need 12 or go to the branch and ask for annual summary of your bank account. It will suffice the requirement too.

@iibdii

Login to your application and upload it even if they didn't ask for it.

Its always better to upload it. And i am sure u must have an application number. If your employer insist tell them to conduct ECS and i am sure it will come positive.

And for your information you will not be overstayer after your residence card expire. You are EU family member and married partner. So dont worry.

Nothing else for now.

Wait until Friday if u didnt receive any COA then call them on Friday.
hi, Gave them call today and all she said
'' Nothing to worry about, everything is ok on your application, it's just a matter of time etc etc'. Also she mentioned that people with having no biometric previously, COA might take longer to be issued for them.

I told her i am due to travel in Sep and they have note on their system as well, and if they require anything from me they will get back to me.

No worries brother. I got motivation from this forum too. An ocean of Knowledge and all the seniors are highly experienced people. Specially OBIE, CR001, VINNY, SECRET.SIMON.

Help someone if you can without the sake of benefits.

Yes it will be easy for your kids and wife.

Yes under the Settled status you have to wait 12 months then you can apply for British Citizenship.

(LIFE IN UK TEST had no expiry, I did it in May 2016)

B1 i think has 3 years expiry but I got grad degree so it will cover.

I will be active on this forum as this forum helped me to get my settled status. So what ever I can do, will do it.

Since 2002, I am in London, but had terrible experiences with ukba,,

But, now life has settled, big house, in London, business,,

Thank you to all...

Final advise, for every one...

Just follow the criteria, of any application you are making simple as that..

I cannot believe, I took £10.000 separate for my indefinite visa.. before this brexit issue..

Enough of me.. Sorry bit long

Take care

Hello everyone, I have a favour to ask . Please if someone could help me with my quires. I am non-Eu family member trying to apply for pre-settlement.My husband just applied this week and he already got the status😊.He got it. Now it’s my turn. Just confused do you need to upload all the required document in the application online or is it supposed to be sent by post ? Or even when need to do bio-metrics do they scan all the original documents ? I am confused .

@1990phusang

You will scan all the documents, they will only request the original by post if they have doubts like if they are not genuine.

If you cant scan them then they will charge extra and scan all the documents at biometric centre. Otherwise no need to take anything with you except passport and biometric appointment letter if you scanned already.
