Your application seems complex due to the elements underlined above. They are double checking the veracity of the things you stated in your application (i.e., sponsor being interviewed) before they can give a final decision. It doesn't mean you would be necessarily rejected for being an overstayer, but your application will be scrutinised even further than others, to corroborate this time you're doing everything according to the law.Tiredofthis wrote: ↑Thu Aug 15, 2019 1:45 pmWould i get refused again for entrying the country illegally.

I will quote myself, because this has been asked so many times:Tiredofthis wrote: ↑Thu Aug 15, 2019 1:45 pmNow wandering how long more i have to wait and olso wife is.pregnant so need to be there for her
Regardless of your personal circumstances, the estimated time to process a priority application is 6-8 weeks, starting from the moment biometrics have been submitted. But this is not a compulsory timeline, and if your application is complex, HO will not respect those 6-8 weeks. Due to your adverse immigration history (entered illegally + overstayer + previously refused visa), it will take longer to assess your application."I was told by my solicitor that a priority service means that your application will be put at the front of the queue. That’s it. It may be processed quickly, but unfortunately paying for priority does not guarantee 100% you will get a fast response, regardless of your situation. Some members have been claiming and asking if personal circumstances (e.g., spouse giving birth while the partner is abroad, children starting school in September) would give a boost to their application to get the decision quicker. But the truth is NOT. Home Office doesn’t care about these circumstances. Sorry.

Thank you! congratulations. Thats amazing. I had it in my mind that it will be refused due to him being illegal for 3 years (no criminal record / home office not aware of him). This has made me feel much better.Tiredofthis wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 2:40 pmYes I am already in uk
