Not sure what help you need.

Thanks marcnath for your reply

But is that nornal to ask business plan in extension?? As i have mention in my plan my turnover will be supose 10k 1st year and if the current situation is changed like supose my turn over for the 1st year 8k so will it matter ??
I am confused that why they asked for business plan as it was already submited with 1st tier 1 application. Do you have any idea why they asked?? Are they want to compare with my current situation or they just want to confirm that i am a genuine entrepreneur.

There is no normal.
Don't overthink this. A business plan is a prediction, so it is not expected to be accurate.

Thanks. So do you have any idea why they asked for business plan? And the business plan requested by post decision maker in Sheffield. What they exactly said is

Following the recent Administrative Review of the decision to refuse your application we are writing to request the business plan that woud have been submitted with your initial Tier 1 application. This document will be very useful when assessing your current application.

Please send this document as a scanned attached.

So i am just confused about This.

Hi just an update on my case.
3rd interview done after successful AR out side uk.
There was nothing just waste of time they asked few question which was not relevant to my case.

They asked how many employees, their work and spelling of each peron.
Asked me that i made from my personel account to a company in feb 2018 £4000 asked why this payment made to that company i said i dont remember this payment i dont know why they asked such questions.
asked why u using house adress as you mentioned in my business plan in 2014 that u will hire an office. I said that was plan and I started from home to decrease my cost.

Will give you update soon once i get any update.

Hi marcnath thanks for reply.
It dosnt mater but sound funny if someone asked spelling of emplyees.
My another question does it matter if they asked that you mentioned in business plan 30,50 and 80 clients in 1st,2nd and 3rd year so did you achieve your target. I said no i made only 13 clients in 1st year instead of 30 and rest 18,22 so does it matter?
Also they asked you mentioned you will charge 1300 in 1st year and rest years 1400,1500 so did you charge the customers the same amount? I said no i charged the clients only £1000 cz of big competition so does it matter too??

Plzz reply me

It is perfectly fine to ask spelling of employee names - they may just want to make sure it is recorded correctly.

For the rest, those are not disqualifiers. I doubt if any business meets their plans. I may be more suspicious if the business progress is exactly as planned.

Your continuity of residence for long residence ilr is broken and you won't qualify due to being absent for more than 180 days in on go.

You would need 5 years on Tier 1 Ent to qualify for ILR. As you are outside the UK, you have no Section 3C protection so your start date for residence will likely be from the date you are granted tier 1 entry clearance if you are successful with JR.

ILR for tier 1 ent is also a route that will be closed in April 2025 for ILR.

No. ANY absence of 180 days or more breaks your continuity of residence. You were under medical treatment with the NHS, you chose to leave the UK. You also stated on 4th October 2018 that you had left the UK 2 months before, which means you have almost or about a 1 year absence.

Also i got tier one visa in oct 2015 so if i get this extension then can i apply in oct 2020 for IRL
No, it will likely be 5 years from the date of a new visa if you are successful. Your absence is too high now and you cannot split your absences over two 12 month periods anymore either. Very important to remember that JR process is not one that is under the immigration rules.

I get the point of 10 year rout but i didnt get the point of 5 year on tier1.
Mean if get the extension supose this month then my days will start from this month till next 5 years? If that is the case then what about the days which i spent on tier 1 initial?

And if the case is like my days start from this till next 5years then what about the rest years mean i will get this extension for next two years then wbat will be case after two years? Really confusing

To qualify for ILR based on Tier 1 Ent 5 years residence, you also have to meet the absence requirements, which are also no more than 180 days absence in any 12 month rolling period. You clearly exceed that.

You can apply for an extension up to 5th April 2023 and ILR up to 5th April 2025. Then the route is closed.

uk-tier-1-entrepreneur-visas/tier-1-ent ... 69650.html

Not sure why you think you can't apply for an extension in the future.
