questions

I'm planning to apply for exceptional (promise) art talent visa next month.

my questions are that
1) Do I need to include my cv/personal statement/cover letters too? it never mentioned in the introduction pages but seems like I need to do?

2)I've read that 10documents go like a4 2 sided for each document. Is that true? or it applies to Tech nation one?
