Schengen visa with less than 3 months BRP validity

Hi,

I have an ILR and my wife has a dependent visa. We are trying to apply for a new Schengen visa (France ideally). However, her UK BRP (Tier 2 dependent) is expiring on 15 Dec 2019 and the website says that she needs to have a UK residence permit valid for 90 days to apply. We are planning to go in Sep for 10 days. Is that going to be a problem??

December 15 is in 115 days. So if you apply now, it should be fine.

Make sure your wife works too. If she doesn't the visa can be very tricky
