ICT Visa Renewal

Hi all,
Have the rules around extension of an Tier 2 ICT visa changed recently? The GOV.UK site has changed and it's a bit ambiguous about whether there is an option to renew beyond 5 years and eventually be eligible for ILR status.

Tier 2 ICT changed years ago and does not lead to settlement anymore.

I believe you can renew up to 9 years as long as you're making above £120k pa
