[19/08/2019] I received a response from NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk stating: "Applications are dealt with in application receipt date order. As you application was received on 29 April 2019, It will take a while longer for your application to be considered. Once your application is decided, you will be contacted by your caseworker."
[20/08/2019] I got an e-mail from the caseworker requesting my old passport and responded promptly.

It took 3 months and about 2 weeks from biometrics to receiving the approval letter. I moved house while application was on-going , updated my new address with H/O. Thanking Yeshua.... the journey is almost ended and I will be free permanently from immigration control. Hanging in there guys for those still waiting.
Thanks guys for your comments on this forum, it gave me hope when I read the timelines.
