All passport or 5 years

Post by cheekyvirgin » Thu May 16, 2019 1:38 pm

My wife came to uk 2008 but left in 2011.

She is living permanently since 2014 on a spouse settlement visa of British National. Need to ask should I mention first arrive in 2008 or the continuously staying from 2014 on the set m form.

Also should I send the previous passport for her ilr or from 2014 5 years continuous stay.

Please advice I’m confused.

2014.
Thanks for your prompt reply.

Two more things to ask please advice.

1. I receive online color statement by the bank ! Is that acceptable ?

2. I have certificate of bachelor degree comparable from UK NARIC. as per my last extension was successful in 2017 and a letter from the university that my course was taught in English. Would hope office accept that as a we used it last time or will they force us to use the UK NARIC new assessment things which cost more than £150

Please help

1. Print copy of online statement will suffice.
For your peace of mind, you can request the bank to put a seal on it.
2. Yes.
Note : NARIC letter does not have validity.

So I will have to do there’s route assessment by NARIC.

Why these people are crying for immigration where as they are trying to make money from left right centre and increasing the fees often.

Immigration is a big business industry to be honest ripping off people.

Hi cracker1234

I don’t have English language assessment but the only NARIC certificate which confirm the degree is equivalent to British bachelor ordinary.

Should I sent it without English assessment ? Again same confusion they didn’t ask for English assessment on the second extension in. October 2016.

All pages for at least covering the 5 year period. Older passports - bio and stamps will do.

Hi

Is there any way to check the progress of the application? I submit my application on 5th June but haven’t heard nor received any confirmation of submission.

Also I am still able to login to ukvac documents portal and and I can see all my uploaded documents.

Please reply

I am afraid you cannot get updates. UKVACS ensures your application is submitted on the day of the appointment. You do NOT get any confirmations or updates afterwards. Please wait to hear back as advised before
