5 years route

Post by Bigyou » Sat Sep 07, 2019 5:56 am

Good day all, while i await decision from the HO, i would also like to see options available to me.

Assuming i may have to vary my pending extension application to 5 ILR please i have the following questions to ask.

What are the guidelines to applying for ILR on the Tier 1 ent on 5 years route?

Any guidance document to read will be appreciated.

Do i need maintenance funds?

Proof of investment?

Bank account?

When varying a pending application what is required to put in a new application. Can i use the documents i put in for the extension application?

Are there people on the board who had to vary an existing extension application to 5 ILR?

Thanks all.
Awaiting your helpful responses.
Cheers

ILR has no maintenance requirement. If you never proved your investment before, you must prove it at the ILR stage.
Read the settlement section in the Tier 1E guide: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... trepreneur

Yes. Read the guidance rules and requirements pertaining to ILR.
