ILR Clarification Required

Post by superda » Thu Sep 12, 2019 12:11 pm

Hello,

I am planning to submit ILR early next year and I am preparing my document.

Regarding absence letter from the previous employer, one of my annual holidays is not logged into their system but after approved my line manager I took that holiday (3 days). I have a payslip that I was paid for the whole month. Those holidays I was out of the UK and stampings there in the passport.

My total holiday for that year is 22 days (19 from the report, 3 missings).

Can you please help me in this situation?

Thanks

Just get a letter for the complete duration for which you were outside UK.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

Thanks.

They provided a letter but 3 days are missing in the letter (I was out of the UK that time).

Ideally, should not be a problem if those 3 days include a weekend.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

2. Absence letter from previous employer
3. Payslips (for the absence)
4. Bank Statements
5. Current company letter

7. BRP card
??? any more

5. For my wife what are all the documents required?

2. BRP
3. Marriage Certificate
4. Bank Statements?

6. For my daughter what are the documents required?

Thanks Zimba.

Cohabitation documents:

As per various other threads I need to submit at least 3 sources.

Can you please clarify the duration of the documents (2 years or 5 years?).

Also, I need to submit life in the UK and B1 SELT certificate for my wife.

For my Indian born daughter only Birth Certificate, Passport, BRP card is enough?

Thanks, a lot for clarifying.

1) 2 years

2) yes, B1 and LIUK

3) You get a checklist of documents at the end of the application.
