OCI: Unable to upload child's picture

Dear Moderators,

I'm applying OCI for my baby. I'm not able to upload the image(jpg format) because the picture's dimensions is [w x h] : [1524 x 1524].

As per website the dimension should be
Req minimum dimensions[w x h] : [200 x 200]
Req maximum dimensions[w x h] : [1500 x 1500]

I'm afraid if I edit in Microsoft Picture Manager or in MS paint, the picture size may go reduced and it may go rejected. Any suggestions how to handle this situation.
