180 day rule and Irish travel

Hi,

I am a Tier 2 Dependant and following is my visa history:

Tier 2 (first) - 10 Sept 2014 [Entry to uk 17 Sept 2014]
Tier 2 (husband changed employer) - 14 Nov 2014
Tier 2 extension - 14 Nov 2017 to 21 March 2020

My apologies if this has been posted before. I wanted a clarification on few things.

(1) According to "PBS dependant -
You must not include any absence from the UK during periods of leave granted under the Rules in place before 11 January 2018 towards the 180 days allowable absences. For example, if a dependant’s qualifying period includes initial leave granted from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2017, and an extension granted from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2019, you must not count any absences before 1 January 2018."

Does this mean I need to show my travel history from 14 Nov 2017 or from 11 Jan 2018. It is within 180 days but I have traveled a lot and struggling to find all travel proofs (as I travelled to Ireland)

(2) I travelled from the period of Nov 2017 to Feb 2018 to Ireland very frequently. I have Irish stamps for entry and I understand you need to show proof of entry to UK. Does this proof have to be boarding passes or will booked tickets be sufficient.

(3) While tracing back my travel history, one of my Irish stamp entry date is mentioned as 10 Jan instead of 12 Jan - I have the ticket and boarding pass as proof and did not pay attention when the passport was stamped. Can this case an issue?

My total travel since 14 Nov 2017 is only to Ireland and only from Nov-Feb as I was pregnant and unwell and since have been on maternity.
