Masters in UK, Civil engineering

Is it worth doing Masters in Civil Engineering (or related field) in the UK (I m not a UK/EU citizen). I understand Home office has doesn't allow working on student visa after completing my Masters. Would like to know chances of securing a job (entry level) by an employer sponsorship. Is that very tough ? How is the construction industry in UK from employment perspective ?

Even if it is hards to get a job, does the UK degree weigh-in for job opportunities else where outside UK ?

It is a very good field of study and if you will complete it at UK university then it will definitely have extra worth. Mostly civil engineering has more scope and demand in middle east like Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait etc where you can easily get good job.
