Not sure where you read that but you are have either misunderstood or read incorrectly.

There is NO maintenance funds requirement for ILR on ANY of the PBS routes, main applicant OR dependent applying for ILR.

The maintenance requirement is ONLY for PBS Dependent extensions and as you have posted your questions about ILR in the ILR sub forum, this is not relevant.

Travel history on Set O form for ILR for Dependent

Post by vksharma » Wed Sep 18, 2019 6:32 pm

Hi
I Had ILR on March 2019 and Now I am Applying for my Wife.
Below are the dates when she was out of UK.
Her Tier-2 was extended on March 2017.

PERSONAL VISIT 26/02/2016-27/04/2016
PERSONAL VISIT 17/12/2017-09/01/2018
PERSONAL VISIT 21/07/2019-23/08/2019

My Immigration Advisor has put NO on" does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 Jan 2018?".

And there was no immigration history of absence has been added in form for my wife and I am confused as it was added while I have applied.

Is the Set "o" filled for my wife correct?

There is no restriction for PBS dependent’s absence if the visa is granted before 11th Jan 2018.
