documents required as proof of living in the UK

Post by citiapp » Sun Sep 15, 2019 8:30 pm

Which documents can I use as proof of living in the UK (for citizenship application)? I am self-employed (so no letter from the employer) and they say we can't use bank statements or household bills.

Many thanks in advance!

Passport(s)?
A passport won't prove co-habitation.

Look for any correspondence in your wife's name with date and address. This can be items such as GP registration, medical letters, mobile phone bills, bank statements etc.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

For citizenship? If op is an EU citizens, then P60s, etc to prove residency.
