Application fee refund

Hi Guys,

I applied for my Tier 1 Enterpensure visa extension in Aug 2017 and I paid the application fee. However, Home Office hadn't made any decision and then I varied my application to ILR in Mar 2019 and I paid the fee again.

Last month I got the decision in my favor and I got the ILR.

Firstly, I think I am entitled to receive the refund for "Tier 1 Enterpensure visa extension". Is that right?
Secondly, How can I approach the Home Office to escalate this issue?

I will really appreciate your suggestion over this matter.

Yes. You got the IHS fees back so you should get the application fee back as well as you paid ILR fee separately.
You can write to HO with ur details and demand a refund or you can email them on their complaints email.

Finally, in order to get my refund back, I emailed

Public.Enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk

I explained the whole situation with my Case ID numbers. They then contacted my case handler to give me a refund and my case handler emailed me that they will refund my fee through check.

So anyone in a similar situation should use the above email address.
