10 years route

Post by Yasmin123 » Tue Sep 03, 2019 1:54 pm

Hi,

I have couple of questions if elite panel can reply me back. My 10 years completing in this month. My second extension has not been decided yet. The form which I need to fill is online. My questions are below

1. Is this form is called Set (O)
2. Are we come under Tier 1 Entreprenuer migrant
3. Can I apply super priority service
4. They are asking all those documents again in form which I have already submitted to HO for my second extension (Still pending). Do I need to send these documents back again. Such as job creation, investment, RTI, P45/P60

I will look forward for response

Thanks

1. Is this form is called Set (O)

Not if you are applying for ILR based on 10 years long residence. You need SET(LR). Set(O) is for ILR based on 5 years Tier 1.
2. Are we come under Tier 1 Entreprenuer migrant
Not sure what you mean. 10 years ILR is based on 10 years legal stay, it is not visa route specific.
3. Can I apply super priority service
You would have to vary your application and yes you can use super priority but there is no guarantee you will get a quick decision.
4. They are asking all those documents again in form which I have already submitted to HO for my second extension (Still pending). Do I need to send these documents back again. Such as job creation, investment, RTI, P45/P60
Not required for ILR based on long residence, so I suggest you clarify exactly what route for ILR you are applying for.

No sooner than within 28 days before the 10th anniversary of the date you entered the UK and if you meet all the standard requirements.
and what documents do I need to produce.
Passports, BRP, LIUK, English B1.

Hi CR001

But my passport is already with them because my second extension hasn't been decided yet
Second I would be very grateful if you can tell me the date of when can i apply as per date I mentioned. I am very pessimistic and don't trust on myself. so if you can tell me that I would be relax when applying

Thanks

You have to upload a cover letter that you are varying a pending application etc. This is why you likely will not get a super priority 24 hour decision.

It really isn't hard to calculate!!!

When you have completed, paid and submitted your form, you get redirected to Sopra Steria to book biometrics. You upload after this.

Provided you arrived in the country on 23/10/2009 the earliest you can apply is 25/09/2019.

Make sure you've got your English test plus the life in UK test.

Good Luck.

Thanks Dan883,

I have passed life in uk test and I am MBA qualified from UK university so I guess that would be enough as a substitute of English language test.

Thanks

You can start filling in the application now but please do not submit them now. You payment date is the submission date. Pay on 26 and you will have an opportunity to book appointment which will be available within 1-2 days ( cost vary ).

Good Luck.

There is no longer a same day decision service at HO PSC offices anymore.

You apply online and then book an appointment at the third party agent, ukcvas sopra steria, for document check and biometrics. Availability depends on what service centre you choose etc and where you are located. Most members don't wait more than a couple of weeks for an appointment.

You upload your supporting documents once you have applied online and booked your appointment.

You only have the option of standard 8 week service or super priority service, which is a decision within 24 hours but this is not guaranteed.

I am sure you can find an appointment same day if you are prepared to pay. These guys can even come to you to collect finger prints for money though I have never found anyone getting the appointment same day. Usually next day or 2days.

You can either upload the docs or choose for them to upload for you for a fee again. It also depends on the centre you choose. I trust this site finds you well.

My documents list which I sent with my application and application prepared by solicitor.

Cover letter
old and new passports
BRP
Iife in uk test certificate
B1 english
council tax
Baby's birth certificate
marriage certificate
GP letter
School letter
Copy of wife passport as her application was pending
Last six wages slip
tenancy agreement
6 months bank statement

Just write what ever they are asking in the form.

At the time of biometric appointment in UKVCAS the guy said I don’t actually do not need to provide so much and not required so many of them for my SET LR Application, Now I know I just gave them unnecessarily so much documents which was not required.
