Switching off shore work visa to spouse visa

Hi all,
My name is Masood and I came in to the UK two months back on off shore work visa, but prior to this visa I was married to the british national in pak, my question is

Can I switch my off shore work visa to spouse visa within UK?
As I didn’t applied Spouse visa from pak will it be a problem as I entered in the uk on off shore work visa?
Also I work in quite far from my wife home place but do go and spend weekend with her would that ok?
Also the Accomodation is her mother place and tenancy agreements is under my wife mother name would that ok?

How long is your current visa issued for?

It’s valid till July next year .

Could you plz help I’m regards to this plz?

One more thing I didn’t register my marriage in uk I was married in Pakistan ? To apply spouse visa do I have to register my marriage here or Pakistani Merriage certificate is enough
