It is online. The paper forms were withdrawn and only only applicable in certain instances.

Post by tier1in2014 » Thu Sep 19, 2019 1:52 pm

I am going to apply MN1 for 8 year old disabled child . Cant't find any Professional referee for child who has engaged with him . School teacher and GP is not willing to share their personal details . Tried with social worker also but same answer . Is there any options for us without Professional referee for child . Thanks

If HO are not happy with your referee, they will ask you for another one and this will cause a delay.

Re: Uploading Documents For Child -Check list

Post by tier1in2014 » Wed Sep 25, 2019 3:26 pm

Hi please if someone can help on uploading documents . Child current leave was expired in July 2019 . Applied MN1 based on Born in UK and parents got ILR .

Proof of living in the UK - (Can doctors letter or school letter work )

proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions - (I believe this has to be Parents ILR BRP or Date of Birth certificate for child born in UK )

evidence of identity- (Will this be Passport and BRP )

Thanks
