Immigration process for my spouse

I am a EU citizen residing in Scotland, I am getting married to a Indian citizen in few months. So what is the process for his visa and immigration to UK.

It will depend on whether or not you've already applied for status under the EU settlement scheme. Note there is a different forum here for EEA permits.
