Re-entry after Tier 5 YMS visa expires

Post by edmond2450 » Tue Sep 24, 2019 9:39 pm

Hi all,

My Tier 5 visa will expire on 25/11/2019.

My last day of work will be 01/11/2019, I booked return flights to Hong Kong on 02/11/2019 & 30/11/2019.

May I ask is it likely to be refused entry if I plan to fly from London to Brazil? I would only stay in London for 3-4 days and catch the flight leaving the UK.

If I can show the boarder force the flight ticket to Brazil, itinerary, letters proofing I left my current company, bank statement, letters from my friends, who are British citizens and guarantee I would leave the UK or any documents or evidence proofing I will leave the UK, is it likely to be allowed entry just for a few days as a visitor?

Many thanks for answering my question or giving me suggestions.

Yes, but you don't need all that stuff especially not letters from British friends (!). Your onward ticket will suffice.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
