Whoever is earning sufficiently and able to collect the necessary documents more easily such as 6 months of payslips with corresponding bank statements and employer letter then can use his/her income alone by skipping the income of other partner under category A if you working from 6 months for same employer.jamess31 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 29, 2019 9:05 pm.
Now my wife is working full time can she use her earnings as financial proof or will i have to use mine again? or can i just include mine as back up anyway (she earns over the required amount )
I will be back to annoy you when i run into a few walls.

Each visa application requires a new BRP.jamess31 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 30, 2019 6:43 pmThanks for the reply guys.
I roughly know what i need to do but its good to have that reassurance i'm doing it correctly!
Possibly a silly question but With the brp, will she need to redo this or, as she already has one can they just reuse the info from the current one and transfer to the new one ?
cheers

Only send these with employer letter as your wife income alone is enough
no need
You will need A2/B1 ielts life skills test for meeting English language requirement and also 6 piece of documents in joint named or 12 if individually named covering the last 2 years from at least 3 sources.
You seems have sufficient documents. Spread all these documents with 3-4 months gap by making sure that they cover previous 2 years. Also remember you can attach any document addressed either or both of you.jamess31 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 9:59 pmoh yeah we have the ielts a2 already
for the 6 documents in joint names we have
-Land registry completion
-title absolute
-estate agent transaction details
-house contract of sale
-house contract for conditions of sale
-mortgage letter
-letter from solictiors
these range from about november 2018 to june 2019
My wife also has dentist letter to previous address
v5 form for the car to current address
bank statement from lloys, current address
letter from barclays current address
the utilitie bills are all in my name and council tax just has 'the homeowner'
do you think these will be sufficent ?
