Tier-1 to ILR (Status Change)

My friend got status change online, Its say ( you can work and not limit to stay in the UK) What does mean, please has he got ILR OR something?

Status Change almost 1 week but not received any letter.

it means your friend has got ILR. Must wait now for any correspondence from Home office.

You can ONLY check it if your current BRP is still valid. Follow the link below.

https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work

The above just confirms your work rights in the UK and NOT the VISA status.

Hi,

Is your friend was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa ?

Did he check via the Tier 1 Ent BRP's number ? and when he checked his visa was valid ?

Don't think via old BRP you will be able to see that you granted the visa or not bit confuse.
