ILR Application for Partner

Hi All,

Can I please ask few questions about an ILR application for my partner.

I got my ILR last month on 10th September. My route was Tier 1 Entrepreneur (50K). Now I want to apply for my wife. She came into the UK as my dependant in July 2014 (so currently on extension visa expires in Feb 2020).

Could you please let me know which application form I need to use for her [ Set (O) or Set (M) ]?
I know that Life in the UK test is needed.
Is english language test required?
Are there any maintenance or financial requirements?
