Director loan agreement for tier 1 entrepreneur

Any one has the sample of tier 1 entrepreneur investment through director loan? I try to download online but a bit worried it's wasn't right format. Please help

There is no "right" format. The guideline says what should be included as a minimum - as long as those are included, you are ok
