BC Application Formal Submission Date

Post by Greetings2every1 » Wed Oct 09, 2019 3:41 pm

Hello everybody,

I have two questions related to the BC online application which I hope someone here would be able to answer. So first,

1- Is the formal submission date for BC application the date you click the “submit” button on the online system or the date you enroll biometrics?

Second,

2- Generally speaking, how soon can one get biometric enrollment appointment following online application submission, days or weeks?

Thanks and BR🙏

1. Date of application is the date you submit and pay online. Date of appointment is irrelevant.

2. Depends where you are located and what service you pay for.

Thanks CR001 for the quick response - much appreciated.

Regarding question 2, I’m based in London and planning to apply first week of Jan 2020. I’m happy to pay for premium service just want to enroll biometrics ASAP so I can travel. Is this enough information to help you get an estimate?

It depends on availability. I can't say what that will be so you will see only once you apply. Most don't wait long for an appointment.

You can get a london premium lounge appointment if you are willing to pay £260+ within 1-2 days most of the times.
Note this is for the appointment only.
Super priority fees is separate.

Thanks for the correction. I did not realise I was posting on the BC sub-forum.
