Iligibility for ILR but sponser licence is not in list

Hi all
Please advice . I have facing surprising situations. Here is my timeline of tier 2 .
First brp issue 10th April 2015 to 15th April 2018.
Second extension 3rd may 2018 to 20th April 2021
My ILR illigble date is 10th march 2020. But just now I know that our sponser licence was not on list since Jan 2019. My owner didn't renew his licence on Jan 2019. And he didn't tell me about that situation. And I didnt get curtailment letter yet .
Now my question :
1. What can I do in this situation still can I apply ILR in march 2020?
2. Do I need to change sponser again ? Is there any issue of gap from Jan 2019 to till now ?
3. If I change sponser now so can cos issue for just 1 year or less also ?

You need to be employed by a licensed sponsor to apply for ilr.

You are also not permitted to work if the sponsor does not have a valid licence.

Yes a CoS can be issued for 1 year.
