Thanks Cullinan,

However my question is that when I got notified by letter basically HMRC official came into my office gave that letter said nothing just said this has to be paid. Which was an amount of £795 which was paid including £75 fee they charge. Just wanted to be sure if this delays the application.

Heard from few people that HO verifies tax related queries with HO? Applications often get delayed if paye/corporation taxes not paid
Again this is a myth not sure has anyone got similar scenario?

Once the payment is sorted, it won’t affect anything. If you didn’t pay and they move to court etc to recover it could be a problem

Re, Employment creation - Tier1 entrepreneur 50k to ILR

Post by Emirates » Thu Oct 24, 2019 6:57 am

Hi Team,

Hope all is well.
Wanted to check something with you all

Employee 1 full time for 13 months after extension - hours as per the table are 173.33/monthly

Employee 2 (combined 2 part timers)

1st part-time employee hours - 69.33 monthly for 15 months after extension.

2nd part time employee hours - 1st six months after extension were 104 hours/month and then the hours were changed to 73.66/month and she is still working for me. Her job title has been the same just the hours changed as per business requirements .

Wanted to check if I am ok on the employments created above.

Thank you!

Yes.
You get a combined total of 143 for the part timers for six months.
The required is 12x2@130

Tier 1 Ent (50k)

Post by Emirates » Sun Nov 10, 2019 9:55 pm

Hi Gurus/seniors

Wanted to have your opinion regarding the options in case of Tier 1 ent ILR refusal. GOD FORBADE. Prayers for all of us waiting.

On 9th sep 2019 my 9 years completed and my tier 1 ext expired 9th Nov 2019. I have applied on 21st sep 2019 for my ILR based on 5 years of Tier 1 Ent.

InshAllah I will get my ILR as I am positive and prayers for every one but wanted to explore the options I have If things goes side ways.

If God Forbade ILR is refused for anyone in situation like this how one can maintain his/her section 3c to reach the 10year threshold.

I.e. apply for fresh ILR application and addresing the issue with 14days.

Or change to any other category.

This question might help others too.

Thanks !

In case of refusal and AR conclusion, your section 3C ends. If you do make to 10 years by then, then you cannot apply under SET(LR)

Tier 1 Ent (50k)

Post by Emirates » Mon Nov 11, 2019 7:05 am

Hi Zimba,

Thanks for your input. So if they take longer on my Tier 1 ILR application based on 5 years and by that time I have completed 10years can I not choose to vary to Tier 1 ILR(LR) on 10 year basis.

Thank!

Your Tier 1E ILR needs to take like 10 months where you be eligible within 28 days of completing your 10 years, then SET(LR) is possible

Thanks Zimba,

Appreciate your feedback. Myself and everyone hopes to get the decision (positive outcome) within 6 months but after my extension experience I wanted to have all my options ready.

That is 1 option that If they take longer and I vary my application to ILR(LR).

Incase of refusals can one apply or change category within 14 days e.g. apply for innovator category subject to fullfilling all the requirements etc?

Thanks

50k Ent to ILR Successful

Post by Emirates » Tue Nov 19, 2019 2:33 pm

Hi Aman90,

Thank you. Yes it is always good to be on top of your application but I would give credit to Almighty and prayers of parents as the decision was fairly quick. I had a chat feature on my website and found that HO (assuming) visited the website as it gives me a notification if someone goes to my website and after couple of days I had the approval. I am sure the do check the online presence.

Thanks!

Tier 1 Ent (50k) - Dependent still on Tier 1 Ent visa Valid till 2021

Post by Emirates » Wed Dec 18, 2019 4:45 pm

Hi Guys,

Quick question please from the Gurus, Seniors of this forum.

Me and my partner have got ILR. We never applied ILR for our little one as her visa is valid till 2021 as my dependent on Tier 1 ent visa. Strange thig is that our visa were expiring Nov 2019 but HO gave her further 2 years and her visa is till nov 2021.

my question is do I need to apply for her naturalisation and apply for her passport straightaway?

Can I use her existing visa up till Nov 2021 and she can travel with us using her existing Tier 1 ent visa.

I have not applied her naturalisation as it is expensive around £1400 whih I am thing to apply when I come back from holidays.

Your help is always appreciated as this group is full of sincere people who always want to help each other up to their level best.

Many Thanks,

You should ask citizenship questions in the British citizenship sub forum. They are not relevant to this topic or to the ILR sub forum.

Children are registered, not naturalised. Registration costs just over £1000.
