Multiple CoS Tier - 4 to Tier - 2 switch

Hi,

I am on Tier-4 in the UK. I accepted a job offer and joined an org, this company assigned me a CoS. Right now I did not like the work in the present company and received an offer from another.

Do I need to get my old CoS cancelled before I apply for the new CoS.
Will the new company know which company I left from their SMS account.

Have you applied for the tier 2 visa with the current company??

If not, then yes the cos has to be cancelled before a new CoS can be assigned.

The new employer won't have any information about another employer.
