EU treaty dependent parent refused case

Post by arz1986 » Fri Oct 18, 2019 3:41 pm

I receive the letter from repatriation department today, the letter stated, the ECJ in the chenchooliah case has yet to be considered in Irish high court. therefore, no further action taken by INIS until case is finalised by Irish high court. the legislative provisions will apply on her case.
1. do, I come under chenchooliah case?
2. How long it will take to finalise the chenchooliah case
Any advice or suggestion.

Hi,
I can't seem to find why your case was refused?

I couldn't find your other posts..

I thought the chenchooliah case decision has been made already in Sept? I'm sure I came across the judgement in full somewhere by just searching for it.

Have you sought advice from solicitors?

Cheers,
