Anyone on HSMP got ILR?

Dear members,
Just wanted to find out if there is any applicant who has got ILR on hsmp status, when they went for the interview.
What are the doc's they look at the interview for hsmp candidates.
If anyone could share his experience with hsmp ILR.

HSMP started three years ago only.

Yes there are many who have got it in last three years. It can't be purely HSMP but on WP + HSMP there are many people I know have got it.

Things they look for from my knowledge are exactly the same things as they look for WP persons except employer letter. Apart from that my friends had taken salary slips / income statements for six months to application date. But one of my friend said that it is not mandatory so long you have decent bank balance.

Anyway the required docs are all listed in the form.
