Wrong IHS paid

Dear Experts,

I am on Tier 4 visa and now switching to Tier 2 visa under sub category "Tier 2 General (Tier 4 Graduate switching to Tier 2) "

My employer has given offer for £23,500 per annum.
And he intend to issue CoS for 5 years

If the CoS is issued for more than 3.1 years, can the salary be at New-Entrant level (as I'm T4 student) or should be at Experienced Worker level ?

If the CoS is for more than 3 years, then you need the experience salary or £30,000pa minimum, whichever is higher.

You might also not be exempt from the RLMT.

If you have a UK degree, this is sufficient too.

Can I apply for Visa with the Final Result and SMRF (marks sheet)
without the Final Degree certificate

Dear Experts,

I am applying visa under Tier 4 Graduate Switch into Tier 2 Visa.
After the application is submitted, as per the checklist, I am asked for only 3 documents: Passport, BRP card, official transcript or letter to prove level of qualification

My Masters course results were declared only on 5th November... I only have the letter issued online in my student portal confirming I have passed my course along with the Subjects marks record form (SMRF)

Can I use these online copies when submitting visa application ?

Hi,

Does Address Proof document mandatory for In country Tier 2 visa application
(Switching from Tier 4 into Tier 2)

Address Proof is not mentioned in the Document Checklist generated from application
On UKVCAS site, Address Proof is part of Optional documents

Hi,

I have visa appointment tomorrow. Tier 2 visa for 3 years
for some reason the IHS came up as £800 only where it should be £1200 for 3 years
The reason could be we might have entered work start date or end date incorrectly

What should we do to correct the IHS payment now ? do we have to redo the entire application ?

Hi

I got my Tier 2 visa approved and Now going to submit application for my Dependents inside the UK itself

On my CoS, my sponsor has certified maintainence funds option. So for my application I did not submit anything for maintainence.

But in case of my Dependents, should I show maintainence funds or the sponsor certification will work ?

Your sponsor's certificate saying yes is sufficient, you have to fill the same in their application where they ask did the sponsor agreed to maintain funds, if you have said yes that should be sufficient. No proof required.

The question will be like
Has <your name>'s sponsor Yes agreed to certify your maintenance? - Yes

you can download the partially filled application before submission, you will see this at the bottom to confirm you don't have to provide any proof of maintenance

Information you do not have to provide
You do not need to prove maintenance because your sponsor is certifying your maintenance

Thanks for the response. But my question is different.

If Sponsor certify maintainence funds, Does that apply for Dependents as well or Dependents has to show funds ?

Hi,

Like I said earlier "Your sponsor's certificate saying yes is sufficient"

if you have below statement as "Y" in yous COS. Yes, your dependents are covered

Tick to certify maintenance for migrant (and dependents, if applicable) - Y

I don't think there is an option to certify maintenance only to Main applicant not to their dependents.
