I ask my HR and HR told still no information received from immigration team. what is monthly allocation for month of Oct 2019. Is it 1,500 application, am i right?

Its really unfortunate as people are waiting since September so don't worry about the limits if not in this month then its definitely in next month

I had applied for RCOS on the October 5th 2019, allocation approval received on the 11th October 2019 with 75 points.

My immigrartion team says that the SMS system is down since past few days and hence they cannot issue COS. Anyone else heard this?

Hello, I am currently waiting for my RCoS. My potential employer applied for the RCoS on 1st of October and still nothing. I followed up last week and they requested a status update. Today, my potential employer sent that HO requested more details and they answered with the details accordingly. How long does this process usually take? When should I expect an answer?

My employer also informed me that Home Office system is down.
They are not able to generate COS.

Hope the system recovers soon.

We get an enquiry on restricted cos. - Why people need from abroad?
Do employer need to share the job description or the advertisement as a proof the unavailability of this occupation?

If HO has raised a query, then the sponsor will likely have to provide evidence of the RLMT and British/EU or settled applicants and why they were not suitable and person from abroad was chosen.

Does the ‘downed’ system affect cos approval only or also the allocation/assignment? My rcos was approved last week, company said will assign but it’s been a week and nothing moved since. :/

Also, im curious, when a company apply rcos, is it candidate specific or can they assign to another person after approval? Can a company perform rlmt and get rcos in anticipation of a foreign hire?

Hey guys,

My employers have submitted Rcos for shortage occupation SOC 2137. I want to actually know how many points I'm getting. My starting base salary is 35k and goes up to 40k after 3 months.

I calculated I get 55 points?

35 (salary) + 20 (shortage) ?

Also, what was the minimum points for october?

RCOS system is up since today morning UK time. I just got my COS issued

FYI I was waiting for this since August.

Yes system was down but there was another link where you can find the status of your rcos application.

My employer said application was disappeared but when he looked at "granted" section he saw the rcos application status was granted

I would like to thank everyone and the people who run this platform.

If your job is on shortage list, you dont have to worry abt points. You get 320 or something..

If your job is on shortage list, you dont have to worry abt points. You get 320 or something..

Is 2135 technical analyst job under shortage list ?

Hello everyone ,. Genrally how much time home office take to generate COS. My employer refers me to company immigration lawyer in last email he mention that they will apply for COS ,. So how long should i wait and ask about COS status
