ICT Work permit eligibility

Hello Experts,

My company wants to file an ICT work permit for Canada.
the eligibility requirements mention "the foreign national has been employed (via payroll or by contract) continuously (full-time, not accumulated part-time) by the enterprise outside Canada, in a similar full-time position, for at least one year within the three-year period immediately preceding the date of initial application;"

Here is my situation.
I had worked in company ABC for more than 7 years.
I quit the company and worked for DEF for 6 months and rejoined ABC 3 months back.

wanted to check if I am eligible for filing ICT work permit considering the break that I got in continuously working for ABC
