TIER (1) ENTREPRENEUR -NEWBORN DEPENDENT VISA APPLICATION

Post by PWALL » Sun Oct 27, 2019 11:20 pm

Dear All,
Refer to the subject, I need clarity on a few confusions.
I am on the Tier (1) entrepreneur (200k) extension visa until 10/05/2021. I already have two other dependents (wife and child).
Now I want to apply for a visa for my newborn baby born in UK reasoning we want to travel abroad.
Q1-I am using the following online application form
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... dant-child
Q2-Can I fill-up the form as ‘’ I am the applicant’’ or I am the representative of the applicant ...……
Q3-Do I need to pay the IHS fee? knowing I am preparing to apply for ILR application in Aug 2020.
Q4-Do I need to add/show the other applicants who are my existing dependents and have their BRP until 2021?
Q5-Can I go to the priority services for the dependents visa?
Q6-The visa application fee comes up to £1296.20 is that correct?
Q6- What is the difference between these two?
Documents showing you have had at least £630.00 in cash savings for 90 consecutive days Your documents must show you have had at least £630.00 in cash savings for 90 consecutive days. You can provide multiple documents to show this amount.
Or
Statements from a personal bank or building society account (BANK)
Q7- Documents with application
- Birth certificate of the newborn
- Passport of the newborn
- Maintenance fund £630x3= £1890 from more than 90days
- Passport and BRP of the person you are joining or accompanying
- Business documents (current appointment report/ latest business statements)

Thanks/ Asif Ali
