What happens if the allocated quota is full when you apply?

Post by akanetsamson » Mon Oct 28, 2019 7:20 pm

Hi All,

I understand that there is an allocated quota of about 1000 per year right?

What happens if the allocated quota is full when you apply? Will you get your application money back after rejection or will they retain it?

Thanks.

1) It never happened in the past.
2) In theory, you should not be able to submit stage 1 application if quota has been reached.

Don't worry about it. Apply when you're ready.

Hi akanetsamson,

Have you applied Stage 1 Tier 1 Exceptional Talent application or yet to apply?

If you have submitted, then could you please share the timeline?

Cheers!
