Tier 1 Ent spouse visa

Hi All,

I have question on my wife visa.

I spent more than 5 years on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and wife is on my dependent visa from more than 5 years.Now I am going to apply for ILR on long residency rule so my question is my wife needs to apply for ILR dependent visa or she can apply for ILR on basis of she spent 5 years Tier 1 Ent depended.

If you apply under long residence, she has to switch to FLR(M) route which has income and English language requirement. She cannot get ILR under Tier 1E route at all
