Moashi wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2019 6:06 pmOnline application filling i had problem in parents details section.
My mother have a just first name.
But its is necessary to fill first and sir name.
I am not familiar with Pakistani name convention - but doesn't she have a "family" name as surname, otherwise state "none".
And my second question
I called HMRC for last 10 years employment history.
But i have received just 5 years.
But i dont know the last 5 years exact employments dates.
Give details to the best of your knowledge, estimated dates to the nearest month is normally ok.
My third question
I was on post study work visa i was working in a company.
My tier 1 entrepreneur visa issue date is 8th August 2014 but i received the post 15th of August 2018.
Then i straight away resigned and received a letter form my company job resigned acceptance letter on 22 of august.
But they issue the p45 5th September 2014.
Is it any problem.
P45 is not required for naturalisation - P60 is sufficient.
I call them they said we issue p45 every month 5th date.

A simple look at previous posts will show it is ILR LR route.Ifycamilla wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2019 3:26 amI would advise you to state how you got your ilr so the gurus would know exactly where you are coming from and what advice they will give . That's in your own interest.
I have a friend that came here, seeked asylum, later he was given ilr 2015 based on 10 yrs rule, , he went to a lawyer and was told he will have to wait till 2025. Is that correct?CR001 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2019 6:13 amA simple look at previous posts will show it is ILR LR route.Ifycamilla wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2019 3:26 amI would advise you to state how you got your ilr so the gurus would know exactly where you are coming from and what advice they will give . Can you start your own topic and ask your questions instead of tagging onto another members thread. It is unfair to the op if you continue asking your unrelated route questions here!!!Ifycamilla wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2019 3:01 pmI have a friend that came here, seeked asylum, later he was given ilr 2015 based on 10 yrs rule, , he went to a lawyer and was told he will have to wait till 2025. Moashi wrote: ↑Fri Dec 06, 2019 6:26 pmDear
My question is i am filling application employment details section.
Your type of employment.
An employee or
a director
What is the right employment type. Ibelieve you are an employee of your company.
I am getting salary every month 650.00
Second my mother doesn't have a sir name
Can i write first and sir name same. Just fill in first name and write "n/a" in surname - parents information is requested so that UKVI can establish whether you might be British already, it's not something you will be rejected on.
I have last 4 years p 60
And my previous job i have just salary slip
Can i submit 4 p60 and 1 payslip Not necessary - just your passport(s) with stamps in/out will suffice.
Highly unlikely it will take 4 weeks for approval letter.if during the holiday period naturalisation approved any problem for me to return back.
Citizenship applications can take up to 6 months, sometimes longer.or i have to return back straight away after the decision.
It is within 5 days o CE you attended your CEREMONY!! You are only British once you attend your ceremony and NOT from the date you receive the letter of approval!!because one of my friend told me i have to return back next day have to return the BRP with in 5 days.
