Child Under 7 year Rule

we are a family of 4 we applied july 2018 under 7 year children's rule and got our BRPs this month for some unknown reason our solicitor asked us to exclude our younger child from main application and now we are trying to apply for her on our own but when we try to fill the form and fill it on behalf of our child it is asking us to provide financial evidences to prove that i as the main sponsor am earning £24800 to finance our child where as i think application is under human rights and does not require any income proofs can someone here guide me where actually i am mistaken did i choose the form wrong or if i am doing something else wrong

U need to fill FLR(FP) application. You dont need to prove financial evidence
